H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, participated in and delivered remarks at the graduation ceremony of students from various fields at Kabul University.
The event was also attended by H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, Acting Minister of Higher Education Mr. Nida Mohammad Nadeem, and a number of professors, scholars, and officials.
H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir extended his congratulations to the graduates and their families, underscoring Kabul University’s vital contribution to the nation’s academic progress and youth development. He also praised the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to an educational system that operates based on Islamic and Afghan values, free from foreign influence.
H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir welcomed the opening of the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Kabul and reiterated that the Islamic Emirate does not permit armed groups to operate inside Afghanistan. He also clarified that accusations against Afghanistan are baseless and only contribute to diplomatic tensions and violence.
At the end of the ceremony, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir awarded cash and non-cash gifts to top graduates from 25 faculties, assuring them of assistance in securing employment.
