The graduation ceremony was a significant event, attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh Nida Mohammad Nadeem; the General Director of the Red Crescent, Sheikh Shahabuddin Delawar; the Deputy Minister for the Implementation of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Complaints Hearing, Sheikh Faqir Mohammad Mohammadi; the Governor of Logar, Qari Zia-ur-Rahman Madani; along with local civil and military authorities, distinguished scholars, representatives from Logar University and the education sector, Mujahideen, and a substantial number of local residents.
H.E. Mawlavi Abdul Kabir extended his congratulations to the graduates of the Quran memorization and Hadith studies programs, as well as to their families and educators, for their accomplishments.
The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his satisfaction in attending the event and reaffirmed the Islamic Emirate's dedication to the simultaneous development of schools, universities, and religious madrasas. He emphasized that ongoing efforts aim to inculcate an Islamic ethos among university students, ensuring their effective service to the nation.
H.E. Mawlavi Abdul Kabir remarked that, since the implementation of the Sharia-based system, the Islamic Emirate has achieved significant progress in economic, political, and academic domains, with the educational sector advancing consistently throughout the country.
He underscored the Islamic Emirate's capacity to represent Afghanistan on the global stage, highlighting its success in establishing direct international relations in recent years.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the broad public endorsement of the Islamic system, noting that just as the people sacrificed for the Islamic Emirate’s success, they now possess a stake in governance.
In addressing the graduates, he highlighted that the Islamic Emirate has allocated a prominent role to the youth, with a considerable number of young individuals actively serving within the government.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, H.E. Mawlavi Abdul Kabir reiterated his congratulations to the graduates and conferred upon them monetary awards in recognition of their achievements.
