H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, participated in and delivered a speech at the graduation ceremony of students from various fields at Kabul University.
During the ceremony, which was also attended by H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affaris, H.E Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education and Kabul University for organizing the event.
Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs congratulated the graduates, their families, professors, and the people of Afghanistan. Addressing the graduates, he highlighted that while they had successfully finished their studies, this was just the start of their real responsibilities. He encouraged them to commit themselves wholeheartedly to serving their country and its people with dedication and effort.
The Deputy Prime Minister encouraged the graduates to maintain their hard work, aim for greater success, and dedicate their efforts to serving the Islamic system, society, and their country.
H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi emphasized that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has created valuable educational opportunities, including Master's and PhD programs at universities across the country and encouraged youth to utilize these opportunities and enhance their academic skills.
The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted that, through administrative reforms, 43,000 university graduates have been hired in government positions over the past three years. He emphasized the Islamic Emirate's commitment to creating more job opportunities for youth.
Notably, 2,308 students graduated this year from Kabul University in 72 different fields.
