H.E. Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, participated in the memorial ceremony for Martyr Al-Haj Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani this morning in the Gird-e-Serai district of Paktia province.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs offered prayers for Martyr Al-Haj Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, describing him as a valiant Mujahid and a true servant of the people. He stated that his loss is an irreplaceable one for the Islamic Emirate.
The Deputy Prime Minister and other attendees expressed their condolences to the martyr's family and Acting Minister of Interior Sirajuddin Haqqani, praying for the martyr to be granted eternal peace in Paradise and for his family to be granted patience and strength.
